To make sure that we can keep your child safe and well we ask that you complete a medical form before your child/ren come to summer school. The form can be completed online and there is a link to the form on the confirmation email.
The form lets us know if there are any medical conditions that we need to be aware of and if your child needs to bring any medicine with them.
- If medication is needed please send your child in with a signed letter which states that you’re happy for staff to give medication as directed
- We reserve the right to refuse entry if your child has any contagious illness on arrival ie. Chicken Pox, Impetigo or sickness and diarrhoea.

We can change your dates, providing we have spaces and you request your change at least 4 weeks before your child’s first day at the dance school.
We may take photographs at the summer school to use for future publicity.
To exclude your child we must be informed in writing before your child begins their first day.
All Summer school staff have completed Basic First Aid Training and have been DBS checked.

Staff have a duty to respond if they suspect a child in their care may be suffering from abuse, or if a child makes a disclosure about abuse. In this event they will contact the Local Children and Families Team and act on their advice.
