The Annual Show will take place on Sunday 21 July 2024 at The Civic Theatre, Chelmsford

Tickets will go on sale on 15 April from the Civic Theatre Box office. 01245 606505

Sunday 21st July 2024 Rehearsal schedule at Civic Theatre
All groups should arrive promptly.
Chelmsford Junior Performing Group & all grade class work & Commercial classes
- 08.45, arrive & register at Cramphorn side door with all costumes
- 09.00, dress rehearsal on stage
- 10.30, collect from Cramphorn side door & return at 2.30pm for the 3.00pm performance
- 02.30, arrive & register at Cramphorn side door with all costumes & hair in French plaits or slick pony tail
- 05.00, parents collect from Cramphorn side door, all students must be signed out by their teacher
Boys Group
- 10.15, arrive & register at Cramphorn side door
- 10.30, dress rehearsal on stage
- 11.00, collect from Cramphorn side door & return at 6.00pm for the evening performance
Following their performance the boys will be escorted to find their parents in the auditorium to watch the rest of the show. Parents will need to purchase a ticket for them.
Dance Inclusion
- 10.45, arrive & register with Helen at Cramphorn side door
- 11.00, dress rehearsal on stage
- 11.30, collect from Cramphorn side door & return at 6.00pm for the evening performance
Following their performance they will join their parent or carer in the audience & watch the rest of the show
Afternoon Performance

3.00pm, Junior performing group and Grade class work. Commercial Dance classes, plus a few Call 1 and 2 numbers.
- 5.00pm, parents collect from Cramphorn side door. Please be patient. As soon as the member of staff signs your child out and over to you, you are free to go. This will need co-operation and patience from everybody. It is for the protection of your child.
Evening Performance
- 6.30pm, Call 1 and 2, Boys Group, Dance Inclusion
